Facts - There is no proven benefit of eating an apple as a whole as compared to eating it in pieces. The core of the apple and its peel irritate the intestines, and should not be eat them if you have intestinal diseases, so as not to provoke a relapse. Apple seeds hardly contain any substances, which could bring real benefits to the body.

Myth - fresh blueberries are always healthier than frozen blueberries.
Fact - New research from South Dakota State University suggests frozen blueberries deliver a bigger dose of disease-fighting antioxidants than fresh ones.
Cherry
Myth - Don’t drink water after eating cherries!

Guava

Mango

Myth - Gram Flour is not healthy
Fact - Gram flour is naturally higher in protein than wheat-based flours. One-half cup of besan flour has 178 calories and 3 grams of total fat. Even though that's double the fat of whole-wheat flour, 70 percent of the fat in besan flour comes from healthy unsaturated fats that can lower cholesterol.
